The following updates have been added to RamBase Cloud ERP:
Rental
Return of rental equipment with Full period invoicing
Classification: USEFUL
Rental equipment can now be returned within an already invoiced rental period when Full period invoicing is set to Only end period or Both start and end period.
The actual return date is reflected in the rental calendar and physical rental flow, while the invoiced amount remains unchanged according to the full-period invoicing agreement.
When all rental units are returned, the rental contract item's expiration date is updated to the actual return date.
The existing validation remains unchanged for rental contract items that do not use Full period invoicing.
Finance
Consolidated invoicing for milestone billing
Classification: USEFUL
It is now possible to consolidate multiple Customer invoice plan (CIP) elements into a single invoice for milestone-based billing.
Previously each Customer invoice plan (CIP) element had to be invoiced separately unless multiple order lines were grouped under the same Customer invoice plan (CIP) element. With this improvement, users can select multiple eligible elements and create one consolidated invoice while maintaining the individual relationship between each Customer invoice plan (CIP) element and its corresponding sales order line.
The new functionality allows users to:
Select multiple eligible Customer invoice plan (CIP) elements for inclusion in a single invoice.
Maintain traceability between each Customer invoice plan (CIP) element, its original sales order line, and the resulting invoice.
Review selected Customer invoice plan (CIP) elements before creating the invoice.
Prevent incompatible Customer invoice plan (CIP) elements from being combined through validation of customer, currency, VAT, invoice type, and other relevant invoicing conditions.
This improvement simplifies milestone-based invoicing for sales orders containing multiple order lines, reducing administrative work while maintaining control and traceability throughout the invoicing process.
Product

Classification: USEFUL
A new Diameter field is now available in the Product (ART) application in the Properties field under the Dimension tab.
The new field allows users to register the diameter as part of the product's dimensional information.
