Quality: Update to media editing tool in the Document control management (DCM) application

We have made a change to the textbox in the quality document media editing tool so that its pointer is now positioned in the bottom left corner instead of the top left corner. The correction is made to align with the Rambase QMS system which has the anchor point in the bottom left corner. This inconsistency caused documents migrated to RamBase Cloud Platform to have incorrectly positioned text boxes.
As a result of this change, text-boxes in quality documents created or modified after migration to RamBase Cloud Platform may experience a positional shift.
