The following updates have been added to RamBase Cloud ERP:
Procurement
Blocked for purchase in Supplier (SUP)
Classification: USEFUL
We are pleased to announce the addition of Blocked for purchase to the Supplier (SUP) application under the Settings tab.
The new field allows users to mark a supplier as Blocked for purchase. When a supplier (SUP) is blocked for purchase, users will no longer be allowed to register ordinary Purchase orders (SPO) for goods, Purchase orders (SPO) for external work, or requisitions for that Supplier (SUP)
This helps prevent new purchases from being registered for suppliers that have been blocked.
Production
Improved note field in the Production structure (KITDOC) application
Classification: USEFUL
The note field in the Production structure (KITDOC) application has been updated to allow text formatting in the text field; providing better visibility and accessibility for operators. Text formatting includes the creation of hyperlinks.
Any place a note can be left about a product structure version or product structure operation, will be displayed in the respective Work order operations (WOO) note fields. The following icons and columns in the Production structure (KITDOC) application have been updated:

Enhancements to Customer billing (CUSBILL) and Supplier billing (SUPBILL)

We are introducing enhancements to the Customer billing (CUSBILL) and Supplier billing (SUPBILL) to provide more flexible filtering and display options for reconciliation.
Users can now:
Filter, search, and group by active dimensions configured in their system
Use multiple dimension values when filtering
Filter by Customer Reference Number (YOURNO) in Customer billing (CUSBILL)
Use filtering independently of the selected grouping
The available dimensions are based on the dimensions configured in the system, and the applied filters are reflected in the displayed data.
The same enhancements are available in both Customer billing (CUSBILL) and Supplier billing (SUPBILL)
Product
Improved upload of purchase prices
Classification: USEFUL
The ARTPURCHPRICE upload job will now continue processing the file even when errors occur.
Previously, certain errors could cause the upload job to stop in Status 7, while other errors were logged to an IOL and the affected purchase price was not updated.
With this enhancement, the upload job will always continue processing and all errors will be logged to an IOL with NAME = "ARTPURCHPRICE". Purchase prices affected by errors will not be updated.
NOTE! Remember to check the IOL with NAME = "ARTPURCHPRICE" after uploading purchase prices to identify any errors.

Warning when resigning users
Classification: IMPORTANT
A new warning message will appear when resigning a user. If the user is an author, verifier, or co-signer for any documents, you will be prompted to assign successors for their responsibilities. If the user is not an author, verifier, or co-signer, you will not be prompted to assign successors and can simply confirm on the initial warning message that you want to resign the user. This update ensures that all documents are maintained and accounted for at all times. This update only affects customers who have activated the Document and Competence quality module.
