New updates regarding alternative materials

New updates have been made regarding alternative materials, making important information more readily available.
What's new?
It is now possible to use alternative materials when the base material is linked to stock. Previously, it was only possible to link alternative materials to pending materials.
Two new columns, Available stock and Stock quantity, have been added to the alternative material pop-up window to provide a quicker assessment of whether there is sufficient stock quantity of the alternative materials.
The new column, Is assigned, has been added to the Product unit picking pop to indicate that the Goods reception item (SSA) has been linked to the Production work order (PWO).

Updated Rework product application

We are introducing an updated version of the rework application for Production work orders (PWO) in Status 9. The Rework product application has been renamed to the Rework product units (LCM), providing the same functionality in a cleaner layout.
The updated application includes:
A field for notes from the Production work order (PWO).
The quantity of each Product unit (LCM).
The available quantity for revision.
A link to new Production work order (PWO).
This update provides users with a comprehensive overview of reworked products.

KSeF offline mode

We are introducing KSeF offline mode, enabling businesses to continue issuing electronic invoices even when the Polish KSeF service is temporarily unavailable due to planned maintenance or unexpected outages.
Previously, users relying on KSeF could not issue invoices if the service was unavailable, potentially delaying invoicing and disrupting business operations.
With this enhancement, RamBase can issue legally valid offline invoices that include the required QR code and Type 2 certificate. Once KSeF becomes available again, the system automatically submits the invoices, retrieves the KSeF ID, and links it to the original invoice, ensuring full traceability and compliance.
This enhancement helps maintain uninterrupted invoicing while meeting Polish KSeF regulations and reducing the operational impact of KSeF downtime.
