The following updates have been added to RamBase Cloud ERP:
Logistics
Introducing Net weight in the Sales quotes (CQU) application
Classification: USEFUL
We are pleased to announce the addition of Net weight to the Sales quote (CQU) application. Net weight represents the total weight of all included products, excluding packing material, and is calculated in kilograms.
The Net weight will be available under the Shipment and Finance tab. It will also be available as a hidden column in the Sales quote(CQU) grid, allowing users to display it when needed.
The new column added to the grid will only become visible if the user selects Reset to default view in the column settings.
Rental
Detailed contract insights in Rental overview (RCS)
Classification: USEFUL
We are introducing improved visibility into the Rental overview (RCS), providing users with an immediate overview of rental units across the different stages of the rental process.
Previously, the Rental overview (RCS) only provided high level contract information, requiring users to open individual contracts to see how many rental units were quoted, allocated, mobilizing, on rent, or returned. This resulted in unnecessary navigation and made it harder to quickly understand the current status of a rental contract.
With this enhancement, the Rental overview (RCS) now displays the number of rental units in each stage directly in the default view. The stages follow the rental process, from Quote allocated (QA) and Order allocated (OA) through Mobilizing (MB), Picked (PI), On rent (OR), Standby (SB), and Processed (PR).
The stage indicators are updated continuously, use the same colors as the planner, and provide additional information when hovering over each stage. The rental contract status is also automatically adjusted based on the status of its items, providing a more accurate representation of the contract's current state.
This gives users faster insight into contract contents and status, reducing navigation time and enabling quicker, more informed decisions and customer service.
Improved Tree view filtering in the Rental units (RUT) application
Classification: USEFUL
We are pleased to announce an improvement to the Tree view inthe Rental units (RUT) application when using search and filters.
Previously, applying a named filter, such as Active rental units, could automatically expand the entire hierarchy down to the lowest level. This could result in a cluttered view, especially for customers with a large rental fleet, making it difficult to maintain an overview and navigate between product groups and product levels.
With this update, applying named filters will no longer automatically expand all levels of the hierarchy. This allows users to maintain their current overview and navigate the tree more easily, while still focusing on the filtered results.
In addition, disabling a named filter will not change the results currently shown on screen, ensuring that existing search and filter inputs are preserved.
