The following updates have been added to RamBase Cloud ERP:
Production
Improved Production work order (PWO) rescheduling when reconfirming sales order delivery dates
Classification: USEFUL
The handling of Production work order (PWO) rescheduling has been standardized across all Sales order item (COAITEM) confirmation and reconfirmation functions.
Previously, automatic rescheduling of assigned Production work orders (PWO) was only triggered when a Sales order item (COAITEM) was transported, reconfirmed, and a new Sales order (COA) was registered. Other methods for updating confirmed delivery dates updated the Sales order item (COAITEM) but did not consistently reschedule the related Production work orders (PWO).
With this update, all functions used to confirm or reconfirm Sales order items (COAITEM) now use the same rescheduling logic, controlled by the Company settings (CSV), Reschedule production work order when sales order delivery is reconfirmed and Sub Production Update On Time Change.
In addition, the Update production work order checkbox has been removed from the context menu option Update confirmed delivery date on all items..., as Production work order (PWO) rescheduling is now handled automatically through the system settings.
This improvement ensures more consistent production planning and reduces the need for manual schedule adjustments when delivery dates change.
Updates to the Product structures (KITART) and Production structures (KITDOC) applications

We are pleased to announce improvements made to the Product structures (KITART) and Production structures (KITDOC) applications regarding the approval process and editing product structure versions (KIT).
It is now possible for a single user to approve a product structure version (KIT). The user must have the required permission: ApproveProductStructure.
Previously, approving a new product structure version (moving it from Status 2 to Status 3) required all defined approval groups to complete their approvals. Therefore, to improve usability and efficiency we have simplified the process and removed the need for multiple approval groups.
Additionally, there is only one Approve version button now in the Product structures (KITART) application. The button was also moved and is now displayed next to the Request approval button for easier access and improved visibility.
Lastly, for better accessibility and faster processing, the Transfer to myself and Transfer to other user buttons and all related functionality has been removed from the Product structures (KITART) and Production structures (KITDOC) applications. Product structure versions (KIT) in edit mode (Status 1) can now be edited by users with the UpdateProductStructureVersion permission.
The Assign Resource functionality in the Operators list of production word order operations (RWOO) application has been enhanced to support reassignment of started and paused Work order operations (WOO).
Previously, resource reassignment was only available before an operation had started. If a resource became unavailable during execution, users had limited options for moving the operation to another suitable resource.
With this update, paused pre-steps and main steps can now be reassigned to another member of the resource group or to an alternative resource. Post-steps remain excluded from reassignment.
This enhancement provides greater flexibility when handling resource unavailability and helps maintain operational continuity without disrupting ongoing work.
