New Company setting (CSV) regarding the release of Production work orders (PWO)

A new Company setting (CSV), Allow releasing PWO in status 2, has been added to the Production module to allow for the release of Production work orders (PWO) in status 2 - Pending purchase or production.
Previously, it was only possible to release Production work orders (PWO) in status 3 - Pending goods reception and status 4 - Pending scheduled production. With this new setting, it is now possible to release a Production work order (PWO) before all parts are assigned.
New context menu option in the Work order operations (WOO) application

A new context menu option has been added for Work order operations (WOO) in status 3 - Ready. The Set as ready option allows a Work order operation (WOO) in status 3 to be changed back to status 2 - Wait.
