Serial number based picking in SCANPICK for Shipping advice (CSA)
Classification: USEFUL
A new solution has been implemented in the SCANPICK application that allows users to pick items to Shipping advice (CSA) by scanning a serial number.
When scanning a serial number during picking, the system will identify the corresponding Goods reception item (SSAITEM) by searching for Goods reception item (SSAITEM) where the scanned serial number is registered.
If the transaction being picked already has assignments originating from a different Goods reception item (SSAITEM), the system will automatically swap the assignments to the Goods reception item (SSAITEM) that matches the scanned serial number.
Standard rules for allowing assignment swapping still apply. This behavior is controlled by the existing Company setting (CSV): Allow to pick shipping advice (CSA) from another goods reception (SSA)
When this setting is enabled, assignment swapping is permitted according to standard rules.

KSeF-compliant electronic invoicing for Poland
Classification: USEFUL
RamBase now supports compliant electronic invoicing for Poland through integration with a certified third-party provider, enabling customers to meet the mandatory KSeF (National e-Invoice System) requirements effective February 1, 2026.
Outbound invoices approved for KSeF are automatically submitted in the required XML format. Transmission status and KSeF return data are updated in RamBase, with errors and connectivity issues reported using clear statuses and error codes.
Inbound invoices submitted via KSeF are received in RamBase as Peppol BIS 3.0, included in the Received supplier invoice (ISI) process, and handled through standard matching and payment workflows.
This ensures legal compliance while reducing manual work and operational risk for Polish customers.
