The following updates have been added to RamBase Cloud ERP:



Production


Enhancements to the Resource planner (RPLAN) application 

Classification: USEFUL


Multiple enhancements have been made to the Resource planner (RPLAN) application to provide a more user friendly experience.

 

What’s new?

  • The Operation popup has been updated to provided clearer and more concise information. Information related to the Production work order (PWO) now includes a Requested completion date. Information related to customer orders now includes a Requested delivery date and a Confirmed delivery date. For outsourced operations, the displayed information now includes the Requested at date, Confirmed at date and Lead time.
  • The tooltip has been rearranged to better highlight crucial information. Hovering over operation details now includes information regarding: Setup time, Processing time, Cleanup time, Lead time, and the Customer name.
  • For quicker navigation, it is now possible to use the ESC button to close pop-up windows.
  • The settings have been updated to allow for better organization of tasks in the Resource filter. Under the resources tab, groups and individual resources can be sorted and colored. It is now possible to use the color picker to color groups and resources. Additionally, under the resources tab, resources can be sorted by preference.
  • To display the most accurate information, resource groups now display the total capacity for all associated resource group members.


Rental


Detailed invoice and revenue view in the Rental overview (RCS) application

The header component in the Rental overview (RCS) application now provides a more detailed view of invoice status and revenue data.

  • Users can easily compare numbers from last year, the current year, and next year.
  • The enhanced view allows for better tracking of revenue trends and invoice statuses at a glance.
  • Clear, side-by-side comparisons help users make informed decisions and quickly identify discrepancies.


This update improves visibility into financial metrics and simplifies revenue analysis.



New contract and contract item cancellation options  

Classification: USEFUL



New options for cancelling contracts and contract items are now available:

  • Cancel Entire Contract: Can be used if no rental units have been forwarded to shipping advice (CSA). System validates before cancellation.
  • Multi-Select Cancel: Select and cancel multiple contract items at once. Items with rental units already on rent or prepared remain active and are flagged.


This release improves contract management and provides clear guidance when items cannot be cancelled.
