The following updates have been added to RamBase Cloud ERP:
Sales
Update to the Job order management (POD) application
Classification: IMPORTANT
We are pleased to introduce an update to the Job order management (POD) application that enhances the handling of materials within the Job order management (POD) process. This release introduces a new, more structured alternative route for shipment ofmaterials, aligning the process with standard Rambase logistics workflows.
The existing process will continue to be available, while the new option provides greater consistency and efficiency in material handling.
Key improvements in this release include:
A new material flow where the Shipping advice (CSA) is created before materials are picked and shipped
Integration with ordinary logistics functions for shipping and stock handling
A new configuration setting to enable or disable the updated workflow
Updated Job order management (POD) interface (Desktop and POD Mobile) with new fields and CMIs
If the new setting is not activated, the system will continue to function as before. However, users will still notice the new interface elements and minor changes in existing components.
These updates aim to streamline operations and improve visibility in material management within Job order management (POD) application.

Enhancements to the Product unit picking popup
Classification: USEFUL
Enhancements have been made to the Product unit picking popup to improve material tracking and traceability during production.
What’s new?
A new column, picked by, has been added in the picking log to display the user who initiated the picking.
Picking status is now visible from the product units list, eliminating the need for manual inspection.
A new column, internal quality note, has been added to the Goods reception dropdown for notes related to the product's condition.
A new filter, Only traceable materials, has been added to the Filter by material name filters list to filter out not traceable materials.

Introducing Sales orders (COA) link display in the new Payment (PAY) application

We are pleased to announce an enhancement in the Payment (PAY) application that displays a direct link between a Payment (PAY) and the associated Sales order (COA) document. This link is now displayed at the Payment item details level under the Transactions tab in the Note column. This update improves visibility and usability by allowing users to see which Sales orders (COA) are connected to a payment without relying on the Note field or navigating to other screens.
