The following updates have been added to RamBase Cloud ERP:
Production
All Sales order items (COAITEM) now included in the Orders overview (OOV) application
Classification: USEFUL
The progress and delivery status for all Sales order items (COAITEM) can now be followed up in the Orders overview (OOV) application. Additionally, two new filters have been added to the application to make follow up and communication even easier:
Product type K*
Standard sales order type
Apply the Product type K* filter to show only types related to parts, structures, and Structures management (KIT). When the Standard sales order type filter is applied, only normal Sales orders item (COAITEM) are visible. A normal Sales order item (COAITEM) is defined as a Sales order item (COAITEM) without an assigned type.
HR
Full flex for hourly paid employees
Classification: USEFUL
RamBase now supports a controlled handling of employees using the combination of Full Flex and Hourly Paid in Work arrangements (WAR). This ensures that flex time is handled correctly without affecting salary payout in an unintended way. When this combination is used, only standard working hours will be transferred to the salary file, while deviations from standard hours will be handled purely as flex time.
If a Work Arrangement (WAR) is configured with Flex method = Full Flex and Pay category = Hourly, a specific handling code must be defined. This code can consist of letters, numbers, or a combination of both. When this is in place, approving Work Hour Log (WHL) periods and creating the salary file will transfer only standard hours. Any positive or negative flex hours for the period will update the flex balance but will not influence the hours paid in the salary file.
To support this functionality, a salary code must be defined in the Company settings (CSV): Hourly salary code for standard hours. This salary code will be used when transferring standard hours to payroll. When Full Flex and Hourly Paid are used together, the time type category Ordinary work should not contain a salary code for hourly paid. Instead, the salary code must be maintained in the company setting mentioned above.
This functionality gives better control over flex time for hourly paid employees while ensuring that only agreed standard working hours affect payroll calculations.
