The following updates have been added to RamBase Cloud ERP:
Rental
Enhanced item creation in Rental contract (RCT)
Classification: USEFUL
We’ve improved the process of adding subscription-based items to Rental contracts (RCT) to make it faster and more intuitive:
The create new item popover now includes a Create and register option, allowing users to add and activate a subscription item in one step.
The action button has been renamed to +Subscription item for better clarity and alignment with the item type.
Users can now choose between:
Create– adds the item in Status 1 – Draft or Status 2 – Planned (depending on configuration).
Create and register – adds the item directly in Status 4 – Active, making it immediately operational for billing and logistics.
The Create another checkbox remains available for efficient entry of multiple items.
Note: The core logic and required fields remain unchanged. This update simply enhances the user experience by reducing steps and clarifying actions.Click here to take a look at an updated procedure for creating a subscription item.
