These changes have been rolled out in RamBase in the past week:
Sales
New context menu option in the Sales quote (CQU) and Sales order (COA) applications
Classification: USEFUL
A new Update seller in all items… option is now available in the Sales quote (CQU) and Sales order (COA) applications. The option can be found in the context menu and will open a popup where the user can select an employee. Items in all statuses, except for Status 9, will be updated with this employee as the seller.
Finance
New field in the Updates Sales Invoice popup in the Customer invoice management (CIM) application
Classification: USEFUL
A new Note to customer (Remark) field has been incorporated into the Update Sales Invoices popup. To access this additional field, navigate to the Invoices tab in the Customer invoice management (CIM) application, click on the Action menu, and select the Update Sales Invoices option.
The popup is designed for efficiently updating multiple invoices at once, by applying bulk or multi-updates, including the addition of notes to customers.
QHSES
Source field can now be edited in the Quality issue details (QISD) application
Classification: USEFUL
RamBase has added the option of editing the source of a Quality issue (QISD).
To edit a source, select the Source taband click the Edit source icon in the tab header.
Note that if a quality issue is updated with a new source, all information related to the old source will be removed and replaced with information from the newly selected source.
