Sales order requests (CPO)
Sales quotes (CQU)

As a result, it is now possible to filter on assignee and account manager, as well as include this information when exporting to Excel.
The Assignee and Account Manager columns are added by clicking the Column settings icon, selecting Columns and finally selecting the preferred column option. When product units are received, the external work should automatically be set to Status 9 (Completed), while the subsequent, in-house operation (if it exists in the structure), should automatically be set to Status 3 (Ready).
New features in the Resource work order operations (RWOO) application Classification: USEFUL
New optional columns in the Resource work order operations (RWOO) application can now display the Material name and Operation info. To activate these columns, turn on the new Company setting (CSV): Fetch ProductStructure material and operation info in RWOO (OFF by default). If the setting is OFF, no data will be displayed. If the setting is ON, the following information will be displayed:
Material name: Description for the first part (P) or material (M) on the list for the specified operation.
Operation info: Operation note (can be found in Work order operation (WOO) and KITDOC).
New print options when releasing Production work orders (PWO)
Classification: USEFUL
Some customers have requested the possibility to select which printout should be initiated by the release of Production work orders (PWO) and have the option to not print any documents.
The current default output is to print a work order and structure list, but whether this is printed or not is controlled by the company output setup in Output settings (OOS).
The new functionality can be used or ignored according to preference. It will still be possible to use the default setup in Output settings (OOS).
The following print options are available:
Front page with structure
Front page only (Production work order (PWO))
Do not print docs
The Front page with structure option will appear as default in the Print documents drop-down menu. However, there will only be a print if the following Output settings (OOS) settings are turned ON:
Production work order when set to Status 5 (This setting can be found in the Select tab located in the Output tab, and by clicking Production and then Production.)
Structure list when PWO set to Status 5 (This setting can be found in the Select tab located in the Output tab, and by clicking Production and then Reports.)
The Front page only option will only print if the Output settings (OOS) setting Production work order when set to Status 5 is ON.
Collaboration
Changes in task applications Classification: USEFUL
The Task (TASK), Task process (TSP), Task process templates (PTM) and Task process template details (PTMD) applications have a new user interface and added functionality. The interface is now generally more streamlined and recognizable from other RamBase applications.
A new lookup field, Responsible area, allows users to tie a task/task process/task process template to a specific role (for example a department or people with a specific area of responsibility).
New functionality also includes the possibility to use an extended permission system on tasks and task processes. (This is a setting that has to be turned on by the company's support provider.) Turning on the extended permission setting allows users to control in which companies (databases) a task/task process/process template is available. This new database separation functionality is available via the Restricted to companies field. It will also enable users to manage permissions on a task/task process/task process template for a role (ROLE) or a person (PER) via the new Permissions tab. Consequently, it is now possible to customize permissions for users and roles. (Manage who may view, edit, delete, assign, and change status.)
Coming: New version of the Quality issue (QIS) application
Classification: USEFUL
The new version of the Quality issue (QIS) application will have improved user interface, which will be more intuitive and user friendly. Users will still find all existing functions and features, but also notice that a Summary tab has been added for a quick and easy overview.
The mobile application will also be improved. It will be possible to add pictures and source data when creating a Quality issue via the mobile application.
