Improved ticket options and updated ticket costs

We have updated the Service Request ticket type, which is used to request additional support services.

The option “Project” has been replaced with more distinct categories to choose from so that we can offer you the right service faster.

You now have the following options:

  • Custom reports
  • Custom print
  • Custom integration
  • Activate extension
  • Consultant services
  • Development services
  • Feature training
  • New RamBase system (NEW)
  • New company in existing RamBase system (NEW)
  • New RamBase Test & Training system (NEW)
  • Clone a RamBase system (NEW)
  • Other requests


We want to inform you that submitting a Service Request that requires more than 1 hour for us to estimate a solution,

we will invoice for hours used in the estimation process if you choose not to proceed with the solution or estimate we offer.

However, if you accept the solution, we will not charge you for the estimation process, only for the solution itself.


Support tickets are invoiced periodically, and the minimum billable cost for support will be changed from 15 minutes to 30 minutes per ticket.

The change will be activated from the 1st of April and will occur on your invoice(s) from the 1st of May.
