Sales: A new output is now available to inform customers about updates to Confirmed delivery date in Sales order (COA)

An output for Changed order confirmation by night is available in the Output control tab in the Customer (CUS) application. The functionality can be found in the Add documents to send button in the Output control tab in the Customer (CUS) application. If this option is selected in the Documents to send drop-down list, and confirmed delivery dates have been updated, the customer will get e-mails containing PDF-files detailing the Sales orders (COA) changes.
Companies that want to offer new Customers (CUS) automated updates, can use the Select output (OOS) application and search for Changed order confirmation by night, then enable the Default for new customer setting. New Customers (CUS) that are then created will by default get the output selected in the Output Control tab in the Customers (CUS) application.
