RamBase is enhancing the control of work log elements generated by the operators in the Work order operation (WOO) application. Any open work log elements will now be ended at midnight, as the system will assume that the operator forgot to pause or end the work log element.
For companies who run night operations, the new Open new workLog at midnight Companysetting (CSV) has been added.
If this setting is turned on, a new work log element will be started automatically as the prior is ended at midnight. Allowing the operator to continue working and logging work hours. Note that the system will only start work log elements for ended work log elements from the previous day.
If this setting is turned off, as it is by default, no new work log element will be opened as the prior work log element is closed at midnight.
