Administration: Possible to require comment when an approver assignment is added to an approval rule

In the Approval configuration (APC) application, it is now possible to require a comment when adding users or roles to approval rules.

The new Comment mandatory for approver assignments on approval rules setting controls if a comment is required. The setting can be turned on and off in the Company settings (CSV) application.

A Comment column has been added to the Approver assignments area of the Approval configuration (APC) application.
