Production: New implementation to put operations and work orders on hold

RamBase implements changes related to putting Work orders (PWO) and Operations (WOO) on hold.
The operator will be asked to select the reason for putting the order or operation on hold, while the current date and time will be provided automatically as the start of the on-hold period. Optionally, it will be possible to provide the on-hold end date and description.
The new implementation will affect the following applications:
WOO - The reworked on-hold option, and new fields that contain the on hold reason, description and date for the current operation and the linked work order.
PWOD - The reworked on-hold prompt and on hold information for the current work order and all associated operations (Operations button in the Links section).
SVC - The reworked on-hold option.
RWOO - Additional details about on-hold work order and operation in the tooltip.
PWOPLO - New columns containing details about the on-hold category, description and date.
