Administration: Changes in approval functionality

The Approval configuration (APC) application:

  • It will be possible to select multiple default approvers. Those selected as default approvers will appear at the top of the list of approvers you can send the approval request to.

 

Notes tab on the document/item:

  • Possibility to approve directly in the application.

  • The user can Deny, Add approver, Change approver and Delete approval.

 

The Approval (APPROVAL) application:

  • Possibility to approve directly in the application.

  • Only shows approvals from one database, switch between the databases at the top of the application. The number behind the database link shows how many approvals are waiting for your approval.

  • New radio buttons at the bottom of the application for easier filtering.

  • Improved the functionality around approval of multiple documents/item at a time.
