A job will be activated that will split open work log elements (WOOs that are not paused / closed) for active operations. This job will run just after midnight every night and will look for work logs that were started on the previous date but are not closed before midnight.
Such work log elements will then have WorkEndAt = start date and time = 23:59:59. A new work log element will automatically be opened starting today at 00:00:00.
This is done to get a better structure on reports and statistics for worked hours per date in the cases where an operation is running over midnight.
NB ! We plan to activate this job Thursday, 2 December, with first time run on 3 December.
Some of you have a few open work log elements that were started a long time ago, this is probably not correct, someone has forgotten to pause these operations.
So please check the following report ASAP:
Write this in the Program field in RamBase and press ENTER: REP/102259;ST<9,WORKENDAT="" Look for lines with WORKSTARTAT before today, and pause or stop the jobs if it is not correct that they run continuously. An open record started at 2020.10.01 will cause many work log elements to be corrected if it is not closed or paused before the job starts for the first time.
