Production: A new feature that allows you to reopen closed Work Order Operations (WOO)

A new feature released by RamBase enables you to reopen completed WOO in Status ST:9 by selecting REOPEN. When reopening, you must give the reason for reopening the WOO. You can select from a list of reasons or create a new reason which is then added to the list.
The status header at the top of the WOO application gives the current sequence number of the operation. The sequence numbers of the previous and next operations are given at the bottom. You can select the links to view the previous and next operations in the sequence.
In Work time, there is now only one button, named Worklog, which you select to view and manage the worklog. The progress bars have also been redesigned.
