Logistics: Add a comment for each package in a shipment

What has been changed:
In the popup to add a new package to the application that is used for shipping goods, Shipments (SPN), a new Comment field is now available. It will also be available in the popup where you edit existing packages. There is no logic around the field, and no output to print etc.
Why has this been implemented:
Some companies need to add additional information to a package.
How will this affect you as a user:
You will have the opportunity to write comments for each package in a shipment.
