We are improving the access to relevant RamBase information in our new Support Center. Any RamBase user can self-register as a user. Users can follow Community forums like What’s new or System status to get e-mail notifications as we publish new information. Logged in users can also register or discuss product ideas within our Suggestions section.
The current support application will be discontinued as we switch system. Open tickets will be migrated to our new Support System. Ticket registration will only be available for our partners and direct customers. Changes in policies will also be updated as a part of this change. The implications will be distributed to our distribution list one week prior to the change and the user manual will be updated on the last workday before the new Support Center is released.
We are sure the new Support Center will provide valuable support to the RamBase user community.
