1. If the customer is aware of the change (that X number of products have been scrapped):

    Forward the produced quantity on the sales order item (COAITEM) to a shipping advice (CSA)

    - Cancel the remaining quantity on the sales order item (COAITEM)

    - Continue with normal shipping process on the shipping advice (CSA)


2. If the customer has not been notified, it would be most correct to forward the sales order item (COAITEM) to
    a new sales order item (COAITEM), change the quantity and send a new order confirmation to the customer.     Then you can follow the standard delivery process.
