When the file is created and saved to your pc as a .csv file, you can enter the IO archive in RamBase and find the specific load you want to perform.

Enter on the line, you will see a pop-up with the 3 following fields filled in:

Name: (name of the import job you are choosing for example ARTUPLOAD)

You have the options to: go BACK, see Documentation, Select File or Cancel.

Documentation opens a pop-up where you can see the folder File format listing fields that are included in the load with some specification about how to define them, if they are mandatory, dependent on other fields and more. In the upper left hand-side you have an icon where you can start the operation from this page and an icon where you can order an example file. You have the option to print the page from the icon on the right hand-side.

Select File will open the ‘Upload file’ pop-up where you can choose your file and enter on ‘UPLOAD’. Upload and the job will start immediately. You will see a message stating an internal message (IMS) will be sent to you on completion.

Another option is to write: IOQWIZ in the program line and in the pop-up fill in the information needed. When you have filled in Type, Name, Format – you will get the same options: Back, Documentation, Select File or Cancel.

Checking status: Input Log (IOL)When the job is done, you will receive an internal message (IMS) with reference to the job: INP/xxxxx Completion notification. Enter this and you are on the Input Log: IOL showing the results of the load. The percentage done, ok count and status will indicate if the job was successful. Status 9 with 100 percent complete is a sign that it was successful and you can check if your information from file is loaded. You can find all your load jobs by using the following restriction: IOL;PID:xxxx (your identification nr).

Nb! When loading to Rambase, you have to use .csv file, and not .xlsx.
