You have 3 options for adding internal information to a customer/supplier account:


1. Menu option: ‘Set Message’. This is recommended for short, informative texts.    The note will appear in a red box at the upper left side of the customer image.    This note is copied to supplier/customer documents so it is easily accessible.


2. NOTE – create notes manually using the binder icon in the upper righthand side.


3. File manager- you can attach relevant files using the binder icon in the upper righthand side.
