On the Sales Order (COA), enter on ‘Edit’ in the ‘Send Document by’ field.In the pop-up, you will be able to choose ‘Email’ in the ‘meanings of sending (Send By)’ dropdown. In the ‘Send to’ you have a dropdown that lists contacts defined for this specific customer and document - in addition to yourself.These contacts are those listed in the customers archive (CUS) - in the ‘Handling’ folder. You can add several persons to the list.
