On the document level, you have an option called “Correspondence” (“Output” in new applications). This will open a pop-up where you can see a list of the output jobs and the status. If status is ok, the email has left RamBase. NB! Ask your customer if they have checked their junk/spam box. It could be they need to clear the recipient mail address and accept emails from Hatteland.com.
