It is possible to change the ‘sender’ specified on documents sent from RamBase in the Output settings application (OOS) if one has access to this.
Type: OOS -> Search and choose in the pop-up if the address should come from User, Company, Account Manager or Custom.
If it is setup to have reference to the user, the users email address is added as the reference.
If you send a copy it will be sent from the email address added on company level.
