One reason for this message is if a bank statement is missing from the bank.
If a day is missing in the bank statements menu (BST), the user can retrieve the bank statement using the
F12 option: "Import bank statements from bank integration" and select the date that is missing in the pop-up window.
Nb! There are jobs that run regularly throughout the day that register the bank statements (BST) from status 1 to status2 (1 bank statement at a time), so when the user performs this action, it will not have immediate effect.
